Michael D. Clement graduated from Jesuit High School in 1983 and attended Loyola University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1987. He attended Loyola Law School where he earned a Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. He has been admitted to practice Law in Louisiana since 1992. He has worked in public and private practice since 1996. In 2006 he began prosecuting felonies in Plaquemines Parish. In January, 2009, Michael was sworn in under Charles Ballay as Assistant District Attorney assigned to prosecute all misdemeanors and bond forfeitures in Division B, certain juvenile matters, and to handle certain Plaq. Parish School Board matters.
