The Plaquemines Parish District Attorney’s Office reports that on Friday, May 12, 2023, a Plaquemines Parish Grand Jury convened and returned a true bill of indictment on Justin Arendt, age 30, from Belle Chasse, LA for Sexual Battery and Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile Under the Age of Thirteen. The incidents occurred in October of 2022 in Belle Chasse.
A conviction of Sexual Battery is punishable by imprisonment without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension for no more than ten years and Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile Under the Age of Thirteen is punishable by a $5,000.00 fine and/or imprisonment for no more than seven years. Assistant District Attorney Jason Napoli presented the case to the Grand Jury.
