On November 20, 2019, Robert Thanh Huynh, age 32 of Buras, LA, pled guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine. Judge Michael D. Clement sentenced Huynh to serve two years of incarceration with the Louisiana Department of Corrections, which was suspended. Judge Clement also ordered Huynh to serve two years of active probation, to pay $300 to the Public Defender’s Office, $100 to the D.A.R.E. Program, $100 to the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office and a $100 laboratory fee.
