Tommy Tran, age 50, from Buras, LA plead guilty December 14, 2022 to Attempted Illegal Discharge of a Firearm and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections and recommended for any and all self help programs.
The incident took place on May 24, 2022 in Buras, LA. Defendant shot his handgun at a vehicle passing on the roadway.
